GS-101D, an oil analyzer, is applied for the analysis of dissolved hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, carbon dioxide, ethylene, ethane, acetylene and other gases in the insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipments (including transformers, reactors, current transformers, voltage transformers, charging casing and so on). It is compliant with the requirements of the Standard of Department of Energy of the People's Republic of China (SD304-89), Testing Methods of Dissolved Gas Contents in Insulating Oil, as well as the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB7252-87), Analysis and Judgment Guidelines for Dissolved Gas in Transformer Oil.
Overview:
« Gas content in insulating oil is a very important index for oil quality monitoring. GS-101D is equipped with dual-column distributary system, dual detector (hydrogen flame detector and thermal conductivity detector) and conversion furnace. Using one injection, it could accomplish analysis of dissolved hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, carbon dioxide, ethylene, ethane, acetylene and other gases in insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipments (including transformers, reactors, current transformers, voltage transformers, charging casing and so on).
« It is compliant with the requirements of the National Standards GB/T 17623-1998 Gas Chromatograph Testing Methods of Dissolved Gas Content in Insulating Oil, the standards of Department of Energy of the People's Republic of China (SD304-89), Testing Methods of Dissolved Gas Content in Insulating Oil, the requirements for gas chromatograph in the Standards of the Electric Industry DL/T 722-2000, Analysis and Judgment Guidelines for Dissolved Gas in Transformer Oil, and the requirements of National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB7252-2001), Analysis and Judgment Guidelines for Dissolved Gas in Transformer Oil.
