Gas sampling bag instead of Tedlar

Replete manufactures and sells various industrial and environment-friend gas sampling devices, including gas sampling bags made of aluminium foil composite membrane, gas sampling bags for Fluorine-contained gases, health oxygen bags made of aluminum foil composite membrane and special gases preparation.

  

Straightway valves are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Such PTFE straightway valves are of self-seal structure which is air tight, and has no rubber seal contacting with the gas sample in the bag to avoid sample contamination. The air duct of the PTFE valve is perpendicular to the surface of bag membrane, and has an external diameter of 6mm.

When the switch bar of the valve is perpendicular to the bag surface, the valve is open; and if the switch bar is switched to a position that parallels the bag surface, the valve is closed. The PTFE straightway valves are easy to operate and air tight. The sampling cap with silicon pad can be fitted at the top of the air duct of PTFE valves, enabling injecting and/or sampling with injectors, and enabling gas in-out and even vacuum operation.

The gas samples in the bags have no contact with silicon rubber seals, avoiding contamination. Therefore, the PTFE straightway valves can be employed to sample and/or to store gases of low concentrations for high-precision analysis. This product has been awarded a Chinese national patent.
